Roy Lee Scroggins passed away on December 16, 2021. Roy was a successful truck driver for over 30 years. He was someone who everyone could call upon for help. Roy was skillful and could repair anything. Roy was a teacher, parent, and best friend to his children, grandchildren, brother, and many more who needed him.

Roy loved living free and going fast. He will be missed by many. Roy was a man he did not have to be; he was a perpetual beacon of paternal love and stability, no matter the distance, he was always there when he was needed.
