Keenan Dre' Corbin-Walker

Keenan Dre Walker, known as “Big K” and “Killer” -- as his daddy called him, was born July 29th, 1992 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Brian Keith Walker and Tameka Ruchelle Corbin-Walker. 

Keenan attended W. W. Samuell High School and graduated in 2010.  Although he did not attend church regularly, he knew God. 

Keenan did not take life too seriously…he took it as it came. He was full of humor and quick-witted.  Keenan loved rap music AND…he could dance!  But more so than that, he was a walking sport’s almanac.   Also, Keenan enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  You could not help but to love him if you knew him or if meeting him only for the first time. He had a way of bringing JOY to those who were in his presence. He would turn oranges into lemonade! He never complained.

Keenan was proceeded in death by his grandparents and is survived by his life partner (Shantasia Manning), his daughters (Kaliyah Lyne Walker, age 3 and Skye Brielle Walker, age 2) whom he loved and adored, his parents (Brian and Tameka), his sister and best friend (Jazi Monet Walker) and a host of other relatives and friends who loved and will miss him.
